Currently, 10% of engineering professionals are women, and this percentage is even lower in motorsport. We want this to change.
Our journey as a team has highlighted the need for more women in our industry. We were the first Formula E team to have a female Team Principal, a female Team Manager and talented, experienced women leading nearly every aspect of team life.
Now we turn our focus to engineering, where women remain so clearly under-represented. We’re here to change that, to move the needle forwards by taking action. If you fancy a career in motorsport engineering, look no further.
