Internship - Performance Department

An Internship Opportunity with Maserati MSG Racing, in our Performance Department.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Improve or create tools to continuously enhance the overall performance of the car on track
  • Run all relevant simulations related to dynamic performance
  • Write pre-event track characterization
  • Being part of the performance engineering department to support ongoing project

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Practical approach by using rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
  • Works methodically with attention to detail
  • Provide ideas and suggestion to improve productivity, precision and work efficiency

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with programming software such as MATLAB/Simulink is an advantage
  • Good understanding of the vehicle dynamics, tyre performance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English

INTERNSHIP INFORMATION

  • ‍Start date: Preferably in January or September
  • ‍Length of Internship: Six Months
  • ‍Location: The internship takes place at the team Headquarters in Monaco. Race attendance will not be required. No remote working.
