Scott Swid – Chairman & Managing Partner [Right]

Scott Swid is the Chairman and Principal Owner of Maserati MSG Racing and has been at the heart of the team’s development and growth since 2020.

Holding more than 30 years of experience in investment management, Scott studied History at Stanford University and later received an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Before acquiring the team on the eve of Season 7, Scott formed SLS Capital in 1999 and worked as a Portfolio Manager at Kingdon Capital and as an Analyst at Perry Capital.

Scott will elevate Maserati MSG Racing to new heights in Season 9 in Formula E’s Gen3 phase of competition.

José M Aznar Botella – Managing Partner [Left]

José M Aznar Botella is the Managing Partner of Maserati MSG Racing and has held a passion for Formula E since the World Championship’s inaugural 2014/15 season.

With more than 20 years of experience in investment management and consulting, José joined long-time friend and colleague, Scott Swid, in Maserati MSG Racing’s ownership group in December 2020, under its previous guise of Venturi Racing.

A graduate in Business Management and Administration from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF), José is also the Chairman of Poniente Capital and Poniente Ventures and was previously a Portfolio Manager at SLS Capital and Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.
