“The Berlin E-Prix is my home race, so I’m naturally really looking forward to competing in front of Formula E’s German fanbase this weekend. The city has an incredible culture and atmosphere, and with a win in 2020 and a landmark podium last season, Tempelhof has been the site of some very nice moments of my career so far. It holds a very special place in my heart. Although we know Tempelhof well as a location, we’ll be racing on a brand-new circuit configuration this year, and I think this will present several interesting scenarios in terms of performance. While we have a good understanding on existing areas, such as how our tyres interact with the circuit’s very abrasive surface, we’ll be starting to build new references in others. I look forward to enjoying this great double-header in front of my home crowd.“

“After positive races in Misano and some technical difficulties in Monaco, I’m looking forward to getting back in the car in Berlin. Tempelhof is a place I’m quite familiar with after participating in last season’s Rookie Test, but with the new track layout to learn, like everyone else, I’ll be starting from zero. As the only rookie on the grid, this whole season has been one big learning curve for me, but when I look back to where I was in Mexico City in January, I feel like I’ve grown a lot. If it wasn’t for the issue I had with Attack Mode, I’m confident that Monaco could have been the best race of my season so far. Step-by-step, I feel like I’m moving forwards and hopefully, our performance will align this weekend so we can add more points to our current tally.”
“Formula E has held 17 races at Tempelhof since Season 1, and for us as a team, it’s a venue that holds some very special memories. The 2023 Berlin E-Prix was a real turning point for us as a team last season and marked our first of six podiums in Formula E’s Gen3 ruleset. But good results in the past are never a guarantee more success in the present, and with a new track layout to learn, this especially applies for this weekend. After the win in Tokyo, the podium at Misano, and a very promising race in Monaco, we’re coming to Berlin in a strong position, and with the Rookie Test on Monday – where we’ll be joined by Felipe [Drugovich] and Nico [Pino] – we also know that we have a fantastic opportunity to refine our package for the final three race weekends of the season. Our target for Berlin is simple, and it’s the same as always: maximise our track time in practice, perform well in Qualifying, drive an intelligent race, stay out of trouble and then hopefully, we can be in for a good set of results with both cars.”
“I’m looking forward to getting back behind the wheel of a Formula E car this weekend. I took part in last season’s Rookie Test with Maserati MSG Racing, and everyone in the team was really welcoming which made the entire experience very positive. In comparison to other single-seater categories I’ve driven in, Formula E is completely unique, and the Gen3 car’s performance nuances are very fun and rewarding. Being entrusted to play an active role in the team’s development at a critical point of the season is a huge honour. I’m very excited.”
“Maserati is a legendary brand with a rich racing heritage that resonates when you hear it. Having the opportunity to test the Maserati Tipo Folgore at the S10 Berlin Rookie Test for Formula E means a lot to me. Learning from everyone on the team, Max [who won the race in Chile 2020], Jehan, and Felipe who have already been in this car, will be a great opportunity. This is a special stage in my career. Different programs and great professionals, and my goal will be to learn as much as possible and make the most of the test for me and the team. I can’t wait to get out on track.”
"We are getting ready for another intense weekend with the double-header at Tempelhof, a historic Formula E circuit that sees an all-new layout for Season 10: this amplifies the excitement and the race variables, as the track will be a new challenge for everyone. After Monaco we can't wait to get back on track in Berlin, where we reached the podium for the first time last year. The German weekend will also be an opportunity for Rookie Tests and we are always happy to welcome new young drivers by giving them the opportunity to experience Formula E behind the wheel of the powerful Gen3 Maserati Tipo Folgore. Our brand shares the same motorsport values with the Stellantis Motorsport program, which is dedicated to preparing up-and-coming talents for the major racing categories: Formula E is the most innovative racing series in the world and Maserati is proud to help shape the drivers of the future."
