In Their Words

Maximilian Günther, Driver, Maserati MSG Racing

"I’m looking forward to racing in London, the season finale is always something special. With the indoor-outdoor section, surface changes, and some very technical corners, the circuit is very enjoyable to drive. Due to the nature of the track, qualifying will be key for both races. You have to be really precise and build a great flow around this track. We come to London with a good feeling, because street circuits have suited us well this year. Our goal is to perform a strong weekend at the Excel and finish Season 10 on a high."

Jehan Daruvala, Driver, Maserati MSG Racing

"Since the Misano E-Prix, I’ve been very close to the top 10 multiple times, but for one reason or another, the results haven’t always materialised. After driving the track on the simulator, I really like the circuit layout in London and it has some similarities to circuits where we had good results earlier in the season, which gives us some confidence. My goal for this weekend is to end the season on a high with some good points finishes."

Cyril Blais, Deputy Team Principal, Maserati MSG Racing

“On balance Season 10 has been stronger that what we experienced in the first season of Gen3 last year, but it hasn’t been without its challenges. As a team, we’ve worked immensely hard to get to where we are today, and I’m proud of the entire team for their commitment and dedication. With one race weekend remaining, and Envision and McLaren within touching distance in the Team’s Championship, we’ll be giving it our all in London. As always, we will take the weekend session by session. We need to maximise every opportunity and keep our cool - if we can do that, we should be in a position to take home a good result.”

Giovanni Sgro, Head of Maserati Corse

"There are always mixed emotions for the final round of the season, but even after an intense year, we’re ready to tackle the final two races with the same determination and enthusiasm as always. Our goal is to stay focused and seek out the best possible result. Our guys have always done their best, on the track as well as in the pits, and I’m sure that they’ll be doing so this time too. Maserati's second year in Formula E this season has given us the opportunity to gain further experience, which we have done and will continue to take advantage of, both for next season and to boost our know-how and improve how we apply it in our Folgore range production."
