How ROKiT Venturi Racing’s Partners Are Fighting Coronavirus

Learn how ROKiT Venturi Racing’s partners are helping in the global coronavirus appeal…

Here at ROKiT Venturi Racing, we’re lucky to have a fantastic team of partners behind us, and in these unprecedented times, it’s more important than ever for us to stay connected.

As we strive forward, we stand united, sharing the same common goal: To beat coronavirus. With their own initiatives, our partners are helping in the appeal against this outbreak, going further to make a difference.

ROKiT

As we abide by strict social distancing guidelines, our Title Partner, ROKiT, is helping people stay in touch, bridging a growing social gap by increasing connectivity.

Offering 12-months of free unlimited calls to mobile phones and landlines through its ROKiT Talk service, ROKiT is helping families, friends, and colleagues to stay connected in 60 countries worldwide.

While staying connected has never been so important, ROKiT Phone users will also gain access to ROKiT’s Value Added Services, including personal injury cover, three months of free vehicle breakdown and recovery, and the SWAPiT ROKiT broken phone replacement scheme.

In recent weeks, ROKiT Phones have also shown their support of key workers in the NHS by providing free top of the range handsets to the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, enabling doctors and consultants to conduct telephone clinics from home.

Acronis

Social distancing has not just created a growing social gap but has impacted the world of work and for those recently unemployed or seeking a career change, Acronis is by their side.

Sharing their in-depth knowledge of information technology and security, Acronis has launched a series of webinars, providing the skills and resources needed to find a job in their evolving industry.

As if that wasn’t enough, Acronis are also offering free access to their Cyber Files Cloud from now until July 31, 2020, enabling secure work from home operations and the ability to implement remote working environments quickly and painlessly.

Their work doesn’t end there and through its #Cyber Foundation, Acronis has also started the Emergency Relief Fund, helping the needs of schools and providing food packages and hygiene items for families.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Continually committed to advancing and optimising the way people live and work, Hewlett Packard Enterprise is a force for good in the trying and testing times we live in.

Donating $50million-worth of secure connectivity kits to medical sites and facilities; supporting work to understand COVID-19 at world-leading research centres; and granting free access to all patented technologies to diagnose, prevent, contain and treat the disease, HPE has gone above and beyond in its efforts.

Even internally, HPE is going the extra mile, with a dollar-for-dollar matching campaign, providing employees the opportunity to financially support the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.

Also applying this to UNICEF’s international efforts, HPE is matching donations made by employees in Formula E’s Race at Home Challenge, providing for and protecting vulnerable children and families most at risk through this initiative.
