London is calling, and for the final time this season, we’ve teamed up with our partner, Stoli®, to discover one of the greatest cultural powerhouses in Europe.

With an array of iconic landmarks, world-renowned museums and vibrant neighbourhoods, London’s rich cultural heritage unites with modern flair to serve up an experience unlike any other.

London is an iconic city, packed with history and culture

Throughout its history, London has been a landscape of evolution, and from its Bronze Age origins, has endlessly grown to breathe life into its own distinct personality.

That life only truly began when the Romans abandoned England in the fifth century, and its growth was accelerated in the 11th when the Tower of London was built by William the Conqueror.

Regardless of taste, the Tower of London makes for a mandatory visit as you immerse yourself in tales of intrigue and absolute power in an attraction that is steeped in history.

Take the time to explore the Tower of London properly. Walk along its medieval walls, take in views of the Thames, discover the White Tower, and marvel at the Crown Jewels which remain in use to this day.

The nearby Tower Bridge, as it contrasts with the Tower of London, is a symbol of the city’s rich history as architecture from medieval England and the industrial revolution meet to paint a juxtaposed picture of complete variety.

Tower Bridge is a top attraction, and shows the diversity of London's rich history

Continue your journey on the north side of the Thames by visiting the Houses of Parliament and Elizabeth Tower – more commonly known as Big Ben – and listen to the clock’s enduring chime every single hour, without fail.

Westminster Abbey is a close and deserving next stop, and since 1066, has been the place where England’s kings and queens have been crowned.

Like Westminster Abbey, St Paul’s Cathedral is a dominant landmark on the London skyline, and Sir Christopher Wren’s Baroque masterpiece is a symbol of hope and endurance.

Head inside and explore St Paul’s properly with time and dedication, but when you’re ready, brave a distant climb to the top of the dome to experience one of the greatest views of London.

Westminster Abbey is an awe-inspiring structure, and has a history stretching back to 1066

St Paul’s embodies the resilience that is synonymous with London and its people, but sometimes, there’s a need to break away and escape for serenity.

London has a good selection of public parks for that purpose, but Hyde Park is perhaps the most famous, and possibly the best and most adored.

Explore Serpentine Lake with a leisurely boat ride or just settle down and welcome nature’s embrace. No time can be ill-spent.

If you find yourself with time, explore The British Museum, immerse yourself in wonder at The Natural History Museum, or take in and appreciate contemporary art at the renowned Tate Modern.

To uncover a lesser seen London, however, be sure to explore some of the city’s many diverse neighbourhoods.

London is the embodiment of vibrancy

Camden’s vibrant music scene and unique markets are the ultimate cultural haven, Shoreditch is a canvas for street art, and Notting Hill’s pastel-coloured houses line an exquisite route to Portobello Road Market – a place where the riches of ages are stowed.

London enchants and it inspires. Its culture will capture your heart, its lifestyle will enthral your mind, and the city will leave a lasting mark on your spirit and soul.

Sit down, and strap in. Season 9’s finale is approaching.
