The Marrakesh E-Prix in Numbers

Dive into the facts and figures of our time in Marrakesh…

Returning to the Circuit International Automobile Moulay El Hassan, Formula E arrived in Morocco for the fourth time, primed for the next installment of Season 6.

Taking place on February 29, the championship raced on a leap day for the first time in its history, with this date only falling on a Saturday once every 28 years.

This rarity favoured us here at ROKiT Venturi Racing and with fine form, we recorded a place in the Super Pole shootout – our third appearance in the final qualifying group this season.

From here, the fight was mighty and by taking P5 at the close of the race, Edoardo Mortara secured 10 points for Monaco’s only racing team – our second-highest haul in Season 6.

Marking our fifth consecutive top 10 finish, ROKiT Venturi Racing continues to stand as one of only three teams to have finished inside the points in every race this season.

This invaluable haul marked our first points-scoring performance in Marrakesh and also paved the way to our 350th point scored in Formula E!

As the longest track we have raced on so far in the present campaign – standing at 2.971 kilometres long – the mileage we completed at the Moulay El Hassan circuit was impressive.

Turning a combined 164 laps, Edo and Felipe drove the equivalent of 487.244 kilometres – the same as driving from our Monaco base to the Circuito Cittadino dell’EUR, home of the Rome E-Prix and the next race of Season 6.
