The phrase “there is no ‘I’ in team” presents an exceptional reality in the world of motorsport and from the cockpit to those back at base, we’ve all been working in unison to deliver the very best result.

Behind Monaco’s only racing team, partners are intertwined within the ROKiT Venturi family and without their hard work and services, we would not be able to maintain our competitive edge.

Acronis is one such partner, and since the Season 5 Berlin E-Prix, we have been working together in close collaboration, protecting our data to become what our partners like to describe as #CyberFit.

Given today’s present climate, security has never been so important and after expanding to our newly refurbished HQ last month and introducing new hardware, software comes as the next step.

This software only strengthens our position and with Acronis’ help, we are in the best possible shape when it comes to cyber protection:

“Acronis provides back-up solutions and cyber protection for us here at Venturi so if our server in Monaco ever crashed, our workloads would be safely stored externally for recovery,” explains Delphine Biscaye – ROKiT Venturi Racing Team Manager.

“After receiving our new computers, we installed an Acronis agent and this provides data saving and back-up, sending and transferring data to synchronise our computers. This is a real asset.”

As we continue to respect relevant government recommendations, closely following the advice of the French and Monegasque authorities, working from home has been a daily reality for everyone at Venturi.

With the aid of Acronis, however, this change of routine was made easier.

“In the circumstances of our working conditions, it has been so important to stay in contact with our Monaco base,” continues Delphine.

While Formula E’s postponement continues, we still have the best technological solutions in our set-up and when we reach a point where it is safe to race, Acronis will continue by our side, providing a competitive edge.
